The NAU Hotels & Resorts group is looking for a F&B professional. for its hotels.

Job Description:

Team coordination and management
To guarantee the service of meals and drinks to guests/customers at the different sales points
Coordinate the registrations and requests to the kitchen made by the customers
Control, issue and check the department's accounts and consumption
Carry out and control the department's ratios
Ensure guest loyalty through a professional and proactive attitude, always seeking to anticipate and exceed guests' needs and expectations
Ensuring the sale and promotion of the hotel's services

Requirements:

Computer skills in the user's perspective (Word, Excel, Opera, Micros or similar)
Knowledge of Foreign Languages (English - eliminatory factor)
Excellent knowledge of HACCP
Ease of communication
Careful presentation
Customer-oriented attitude
High sense of responsibility, suitable, assiduous and autonomous
Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit
Proven experience in the area for which you are applying: FB management and operation, groups and events (eliminatory factor)
Availability and flexibility for rotating schedules and shifts
