Job Vacancy:

The NAU Hotels & Resorts group is seeking a professional for its hotel located in Albufeira - NAU Salgados Palace.

Job Description:

Cleaning and treatment of dishes, glasses, and other tableware, kitchen utensils, and equipment used in meal service for which they are responsible for conservation
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the section
Ensure compliance with HACCP norms and standards
Assist in team coordination
Supervise cleaning and service quality

Requirements:

Minimum education level of 9th grade
Good knowledge of HACCP
Proven professional experience in a hospitality environment
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
Good communication skills
Well presented
Responsible, reliable, and punctual
Customer-oriented attitude
Availability and flexibility for rotating and shift schedules
Flexible, proactive, with an initiative spirit and a team player
