Job Vacancy:

The NAU Hotels & Resorts Group is hiring a Human Resources Administrative Technician for its hotels in Herdade dos Salgados, Albufeira.

Job Description:

  • Carrying out Human Resources administrative support tasks
  • Preparation of employee admission/dismissal documentation and recording in the system
  • Legal communications to competent authorities
  • Organisation and management of administrative documentation
  • Assiduity control and payroll processing

Requirements:

  • Higher academic qualification in the area of Management or HR
  • Proven experience in the area for which you are applying (eliminatory)
  • Good computer skills in user's perspective
  • Internal customer-oriented attitude
  • Ease of communication
  • Organisational skills and numeracy
  • Rigour, attention to detail and commitment to work
  • Knowledge of SAP HR software (preferential)
  • Full availability and residence in the Algarve
  • Work capacity and resilience
  • Proactive, autonomous and excellent interpersonal relationship
