Job Vacancy:
The NAU Hotels & Resorts Group is hiring a Human Resources Administrative Technician for its hotels in Herdade dos Salgados, Albufeira.
Job Description:
- Carrying out Human Resources administrative support tasks
- Preparation of employee admission/dismissal documentation and recording in the system
- Legal communications to competent authorities
- Organisation and management of administrative documentation
- Assiduity control and payroll processing
Requirements:
- Higher academic qualification in the area of Management or HR
- Proven experience in the area for which you are applying (eliminatory)
- Good computer skills in user's perspective
- Internal customer-oriented attitude
- Ease of communication
- Organisational skills and numeracy
- Rigour, attention to detail and commitment to work
- Knowledge of SAP HR software (preferential)
- Full availability and residence in the Algarve
- Work capacity and resilience
- Proactive, autonomous and excellent interpersonal relationship
