Job Vacancy:
The NAU Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for a Bartender for its 5-star hotel unit in Albufeira - NAU Salgados Dunas Suites.
Job Description:
- Preparing and serving simple and compound drinks to guests and customers
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and its utensils
- Carrying out the preparations prior to the bar service
- Issue the consumption accounts and proceed with the respective receipt
- Collaborating in the organization and running of events and banquets
- Collaborate in the execution of periodic inventories
- Replenish items needed for the functioning of the bar
Requirements:
- Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of computers in user's perspective
- Knowledge of Foreign Languages (English - eliminatory factor)
- Availability and flexibility for rotating schedules and shifts
- Responsible, reliable, assiduous and easy to communicate
- Careful presentation, commercial attitude and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of bar techniques (preparation of simple and compound drinks)
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
