Administrative Assistant for Engineering

Job Vacancy:

The NAU Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Engineering Department.

Job Description:

  • Control of outbound and inbound correspondence
  • Reception of contacts, registration and forwarding of the same
  • Scheduling of meetings
  • Ensure the management and documentary processing of processes related to the technical department
  • Creation and/or updating of support files for the department
  • Requests for information and assistance to suppliers
  • Request for various quotes
  • Control of delivery deadlines and execution of awarded services
  • Support in the administrative management of department personnel

Requirements:

  • Completed Secondary Education (Higher Education in Management area is valued)
  • Advanced knowledge of computer science as a user
  • Experience in engineering offices/technical departments is valued
  • Dynamism, proactivity, with initiative and teamwork spirit
  • Responsible, honest and diligent
  • Communication and organizational skills
