Job Description:
Definition of systems and processes that allow high control in maintenance management and budgeting of the service
Maintain the appropriate operating conditions for the various equipment
To schedule and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance activities to be defined
Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC and related, other work proper to the section
Creation and application of documentation of internal procedures of the service, through checklist
Coordination and management of the maintenance team
