Job Description:
The NAU Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for a Revenue Manager for its hotels in the Algarve.
Main responsabilities:
- Preparation of daily pickup analysis report and strategy adjustments;
- Create and develop pricing strategies for each hotel;
- Management and distribution of the pricing strategy for the various markets;
- Creation and management of Rate Codes and Packages in the various distribution systems and channels;
- Development of Revenue Management strategies;
- Competitor analysis with rate shopper support;
- Yield management to maximize the revenue of the units;
- Responsible for assessing, analyzing and suggesting prices for the MICE/Group segment;
- Implement revenue management strategies, procedures and best practices;
- Assist in the control of the revenue optimization strategy implemented by the department.
Requirements:
- Training and experience appropriate to the function;
- Knowledge of PMS (Opera preferred), RMS and distribution channels;
- Knowledge of user's perspective (Excel);
- Fluent in English;
- Proactive and oriented to objectives and results;
- Strong sense of planning and organisation;
- Ability to work in an analytical and systemic way in a problem-solving logic;
- Punctuality and assiduity
- Rigour and commitment to work
- Team work, with excellent interpersonal relationship.
