The NAU Hotels & Resorts group is looking for a reception professional for its hotel unit in Portimão - Morgado Golf & Country Club.
Job Description:
- Customer service;
- Check-in/check-out;
- Invoicing;
- Reservations;
- Verification and checking of all movements made during the day;
- Issuing daily reports;
- Preparing check-ins.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the area for which you are applying;
- Good computer skills in user's perspective;
- Knowledge and handling of the hotel system - Opera (eliminatory factor);
- Knowledge of Foreign Languages (English - eliminatory factor);
- Ease of communication;
- Careful presentation;
- Customer-oriented attitude;
- Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit;
- Full availability to work day and night.
